At HomeZen USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If youβre not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
30-Day Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements: Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels
- Free from damage, stains, or odors
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
- Mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons)
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@homezenusa.com within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2: Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Step 3: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your RA instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refund Process
Inspection: Once your return is received, inspection will be completed within 3β5 business days.
Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically appear within 5β10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to large or oversized items in original packaging.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variation, subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, report it to us within 48 hours.
Manufacturing Defects: If a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days, we will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.
Photo Documentation: Photos of the damage or defect may be required to expedite the claim.
7. Cancellations
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel if the order has already shipped.

8. Warranty Information
